How can we help?

Selling Buying Payouts Verification Fees

The short answers.

Is Muno custodial?

No. There's no Muno wallet holding your crypto and no naira balance on our side. Coins go to a one-time address when you're ready; naira goes straight to your bank.

How fast is the payout?

About 60 seconds after the network confirms. Solana confirmations take seconds, so most swaps finish in under two minutes end to end.

Which coins and networks work?

USDC and USDT on Solana today — SPL tokens only. Sending on another network loses the funds, so the app warns you before every deposit.

What does it cost?

A network fee plus a service fee, both itemised on the quote before you confirm. The rate itself carries no spread. See fees →

Do I need my NIN?

Yes, once, for bank payouts — the same check your bank already ran. It's what keeps payouts clearing without holds.

What if my quote expires?

Nothing is lost — the order cancels itself and you re-quote at the current rate. If coins arrive after expiry, support reconciles them to your account.
