What you agree to when you swap.
Quotes are binding once confirmed. A confirmed quote locks the rate and fees for its window. Unconfirmed or expired quotes cost nothing.
Muno is non-custodial. We never hold balances for you. You are responsible for sending the correct token on the correct network within the window.
Crypto is volatile. Trading carries risk, including loss of funds. Nothing on Muno is investment advice.
18+, Nigeria-based accounts. You must be 18 or older with a valid NIN and a Nigerian bank account in your own name.
What we collect, and why.
Identity data — your NIN, name, and bank details, used only to verify you and route payouts. Processed under the NDPA 2023.
Transaction data — quotes, deposits, and payouts, kept for receipts, support, and the records the law requires.
Never sold. We don't sell personal data. Sharing is limited to verification partners, banking rails, and lawful requests.
Your rights — access, correction, and deletion where the law allows. Write to [email protected].
Clean money only.
Verified identities everywhere. Payouts only to bank accounts matching your verified NIN; buys only from accounts in your own name.
Monitoring and limits. Orders are screened, unusual patterns reviewed, and per-order limits enforced (₦20,000–₦1,000,000 on buys).
Reporting obligations. We comply with the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 and cooperate with the NFIU.
